Lead Wipes

Lead wipes are used for the collection and sampling of lead in settled dust. Our formulation does not contain lanolin, aloe, or other interfering oils which may alter lab test results. The rayon substrate is easily digested in nitric acid.

Professional Lead Test Kit

The LeadAlert chemical spot test kit utilizes rhodizinate as the indicator for the presence of lead. Use LeadAlert in the field for screening/rapid testing. Indicating solutions give accurate positive/negative results in less than a minute with sensitivity to 0.5 micrograms. When lead is present and solubilized by the leaching solution (a mild, organic acid), a red or pink color will be seen on the tip of the collection swab or test card. Each kit comes contains everything needed for 40 qualitative tests, including coring tool and brush.

LeadCheck Aqua and LiquidCheck

LeadCheck Aqua and LiquidCheck are used to non-quantitatively detect lead in water and most liquids.

LeadCheck Aqua II
LeadCheck Aqua II is used to non-quantitatively detect lead in tap water or well water. It is the only test that detects lead on site at 15ppb or highter (the EPA standard) and provides rapid test results in 10 minutes or less. LeadCheck Aqua II is supplied as a complete test system and contains all of the materials required to provide on site analysis of water samples.

LiquidCheck
Liquid Check is a complete system that is used to non-quantitatively screen most liquids (such as wastewater) for hazardous levels of lead. Each kit contains all the required materials and is available in three different sensitivity ranges.

Bio-Tape Surface Lift System

Bio-Tape™ provides a standardized sampling method for the determination of mold, microbial, bioaerosol, and inorganic dust contamination. It provides the ability to quickly take a sample and measure the relative degree of contamination. It is especially useful when sampling valuable or non transportable materials and is very effective on smooth areas of concern.

Bio-Tape consists of a flexible plastic microscope slide with a pre-defined 1" x 1" adhesive area. A center-line marker on the slide aids the user in locating the center when taking the sample and also aids the laboratory analyst in finding the center of the sample. Each slide is provided with a unique serial number for traceability and packed in a slide mailer to prevent cross contamination.
